Chairman, Managing Director and Founder
Subash co-founded Pelatro in April 2013. Prior to Pelatro; Subash was the CEO and Founder of Subex Limited, a company he transformed from a system integrator in telecoms hardware to a global leader in Telco software for business optimization. He guided Subex through a successful IPO in India (NSE and BSE) in 1999 and through seven acquisitions in the UK, US, and Canada, driving revenues in excess of US$100m, prior to leaving Subex in 2012. Subash graduated in Electrical Engineering with Honors from NIT, Durgapur. Outside work, his interests are in reading, poetry writing, listening to music, and travelling.
Sudeesh is a Co-Founder at Pelatro. He has about three decades of experience in the telecom industry. Prior to Pelatro, he was the COO and Member of the Board of Directors at Subex Ltd. At Subex, he oversaw the Post-Merger Integration of its many acquisitions including the then-largest cross-border software product acquisition from India. He holds a B. Tech degree from the University of Calicut and has presented many papers in internal conferences and has worked actively in many industry bodies. Sudeesh has active interest in reading, photography, and badminton. He is also part of a socio-cultural organization and helps in the organizing film festivals, theatre staging, etc.
Chief Operating Officer
Arun is the Chief Operating Officer at Pelatro with the responsibility of ideation, design and development of products and solutions. He leads a strong team consisting of Architects, Roadmap Managers and Testing Engineers. He has an experience of 25 years in the BSS domain having worked end to end in the conceptualisation, analysis, design, and development of products. Arun has held various engineering roles at Subex and was the Director – Engineering when he exited. He is a strong believer in Agile philosophy and has a deep understanding of the Fraud Management, Revenue Assurance, Rating, Billing & Credit-Collections, Contextual Marketing and Loyalty Management domains. Arun holds a master’s in software systems from BITS Pilani and B.E in Instrumentation & Electronics. He is a technology enthusiast and holds multiple US patents in the bigdata analytics area. He enjoys gardening and playing cricket.
Pramod is the Chief Technology Officer at Pelatro and an Official Member of Forbes Technology Council. He is in charge of product design and scalability, and leads a team of skilled engineers specialised in distributed software development. He is a passionate programmer with 17+ years of experience in building enterprise products and specialises in Performance Engineering. Pramod worked as a software architect at Subex earlier, and is well-versed with Credit Collections and Contextual Marketing domains. He has worked with over 20+ Tier I/II Telco teams in various projects including co-creation engagements. Pramod earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from VTU and is a University Rank holder. He is interested in philosophy and loves sky gazing. He held the 9th rank globally on 'HackerRank -Algorithms' in January 2013 and holds multiple US patents in bigdata analytics.
Chief Financial Officer
Sharat is the Chief Financial Officer at Pelatro. He oversees Accounting and Finance functions. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of experience across industry. He has been associated with Pelatro since 2018. He also holds B.Com (Hons.) degree.
George is the Sr. Principal Architect for the Analytics team at Pelatro. His team is responsible for the design and development of analytics-related modules, building and deploying models and data analysis. He has spent 15 years in analytics for the telecom domain. He joined Subex in 2004, switching over to analytics after a couple of years in development, before exiting to join Pelatro. He has a B.E in Electronics & Communications from the Vellore Institute of Technology, and his hobbies include reading and music.
